Downtown Manhattan is where New York became New York. And after years of transformation, its most notable renaissance was finally, unmistakably underway. The Broad Exchange Building had an existing brand that wasn't keeping pace with the neighborhood it lived in — or the generation of New Yorkers it needed to speak to.

I led the creative reimagining of the brand from strategy through execution. The brief was to capture the building's historic glamour while making it feel urgently present — a place that belonged to both the architectural legacy of Lower Manhattan and the energy of the city as it exists right now. The campaign leaned into bold, quotable headlines, lively imagery, and a refined color palette with genuine glamour in it.

The work rolled out across every channel the audience actually lives in: website, social, out-of-home, print, and digital. A full brand presence for a building that had finally found its moment.
