For twenty years, Berman Group has operated by a singular philosophy: let the client shine. The agency's fingerprints are everywhere — in the campaigns, the events, the brand launches — but the name rarely leads. Which made their 20th anniversary a uniquely interesting creative challenge. For one night, the work itself had to step into the spotlight.

 

I developed the identity and sizzle reel for the anniversary campaign, tasked with capturing three distinct arms of the agency — PR, Events, and Creative — under a single cohesive visual and narrative language. The brief demanded something rare: a brand expression that felt celebratory and retrospective and forward-looking all at once, without flattening the genuine range of what Berman Group does into something generic.

 

The result was an evening for 300 invited guests that felt less like a corporate milestone and more like a genuine creative statement — a reflection of an agency that has always known exactly who it is, finally saying so out loud.
